Read, watch, or listen to seven plays for the ten steps. To be crowned king or queen of Shakespeare then you must read, watch or listen to 17 Shakespeare's plays.
The counting starts NOW! The only exception is if you were able to see a live play over the summer. The list of plays is in your binder. libraries have copies of dvds, audio cds, and printed copies of each play. Genevieve and I have copies of past co-op productions.
Let me know if you want recommendations of a play. Some Hollywood movie versions are not appropriate. BBC has the unabridged version.
I suggest before diving into any play that you look up the plot or summery. Try Sparksnotes and pinkmonky. This will help you follow the play and know the characters.
REMEMBER stay away from Titus Andronicus.
The deadline is the last week of this semester.
