Be Proud!

Good morning everyone,
I hope that you had the chance to spoil your moms yesterday that made your play possible!
I know that it is kinda cheesy, but I think that we should all wear our cast shirts on Thursday for the last day of class.  You should be proud of all of your hard work with this play and I hope to see some of you next year!
Sincerely,
Teacher Leiloni

theater make up

this is the link if you can't get on pinterest for the guy's stage makeup tutorial. I don't know if we will have time for makeup on Thursday. he doesn't do eye make up but we will. bring your own eyeliner and mascara if you are unsure how to do it for the guys. we don't want cat eyes or anything crazy.

Friday rehearsal

I'm seeing some really awesome improvements in you scholars this week. although I've been leaning towards having  a Friday rehearsal all week. Everyone is working hard but I really feel we need it.
Some have already talked to me and I know their circumstances for this last minuet thing.
I will be available Friday morning and at the church from 10 to 1. if you can only come part of the time that's OK. If you are one that is struggling with cues, lines, projecting, costume changes and stage directions then you really should try to be there.

I was so impressed when I saw scholars helping each other work on lines and ques. That is what TEAM WORK
Please email me if your coming.

Actor bios

I'm putting together the program for the play and need everyone's bios for it.  Could you please have your student actor write (or help them write) a short paragraph about themselves.  You can include previous experience on stage, a little about them, what they love to do, etc.  If it's too long, I might have to edit it down a little.  But I love seeing their personalities come through in these paragraphs.  Please get these to me as soon as possible.  Thanks!

But if you need smaller than a child XL, let me know and I'll see what I can do. I'm not sure on the price yet, I'm waiting on the quote. But it should be between $5-10/shirt... hopefully closer to $5, as it was for our Science Olympiad shirts. If you could respond as soon as possible, that would be great! And then I'll collect money at the first practice next week.

Re: Tshirts

Sorry, I guess I forgot to make it clear that this was for Shakespeare Play Tshirts.
