Asides and Gender Roles

Today we learned about asides. Here are some examples:
I will try and post more throughout the week.  Look for asides like this in the Shakespeare plays that you read, watch or listen to as well as in other films. 

We also heard from Hannah today as she presented about gender roles at Elizabethan times.
 
 

Next week we will hear from Merry and Isaac.  We will also discuss Act IV, Scenes 4-5.  Please make sure to read this before coming to class and be prepared to turn in your paper on a mythological creature.
